This has to mention the automatic cage loader. Automatic loading and unloading cages are mainly used in all kinds of cans, tinplate cans, all kinds of canned meat, canned vegetables, and secondary sterilized plastic bottles to load cages before sterilization and unload cages after sterilization.
Automatic loading and unloading cages are divided into cage loading system and cage unloading system. The cage filling system automatically arranges, arranges and divides the bottles of the filled products through the cage net belt line through the automatic bottle distribution mechanism, and then sends the arranged solid cans or PET bottles to the sterilization cage smoothly through the bottle transfer or magnetic transfer mechanism, and automatically compacts them, arranges them closely, then carries them to the cage position, and continues to cycle the next layer of transportation until the whole cage filling is completed.
The cage loading operation will be stopped automatically when the cage is full. And then transmitted to the sterilizer through the trolley circulation track for sterilization.
The cage unloading system pushes the solid cans whole, layer by layer, and smoothly to the unloading net belt line, and then transfers from the conveying line to the next process such as spray washing, air drying, spray coding, packaging, etc., the whole cage unloading process can automatically recover the clapboard to the partition storehouse so that the subsequent cage loader can recycle the clapboard; automatic bottle unloading, automatic lifting of products in the food basket until the cage basket is unloaded, and the empty cage automatically stops the cage unloading operation.
